III.Closing the Sale: To facilitate the escrow process and "Close the Sale" I pledge to be available and accessible to achieve the final goal of selling your home. I make the extra effort to establish good relationships with escrow, buyer and buyer´s agents throughout the escrow period.I will be present for all inspections and available to manage any issues that may arise during the transaction.

In the first week:
- Your property will be listed in the Multiple Listing Services (MLS) for maximum exposure

Our yard sign will be installed at your property.
A color property brochure and Virtual Tour will be prepared for distribution to prospects and the broker/agent community.
An E-mail announcing this new listing will immediately be sent to over 80 Prudential offices and 4,500 Prudential agents across Southern California.
50 letters will be mailed to area residents announcing this new listing and inviting them to "bring their new neighbor."
One (1) OPEN HOUSE will be hosted, only with your approval

These publications are also sold at newsstands and distributed at news racks throughout Southern California.
- Photo ad, reader ad, and property press release will be submitted to our marketing department for rotation in various publications. While your property may or may not be featured exclusively, our ad program generates over 5,000 calls per week in all price ranges across the Southland.
We Pledge to;
